Thank you for shopping with Altru Apparel! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, and to ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  1. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: Your items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please send your items to the following address along with a copy of the packing list or a note containing your order number and the reason for the return/exchange:

  1. Sale Items: Kindly note that all sale items are non-refundable and ineligible for exchange.

  2. Damaged Goods/Wrong Size or Item: In the event that you receive damaged goods or an incorrect size/item, please reach out to us immediately at Provide us with your order number and full name, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

  3. Order Information Verification: Please ensure that the product sizing, shipping address, and billing address you provide during checkout are accurate, as they cannot be modified or changed after the order is placed. Orders can only be canceled if there are critical errors.

  4. Cancellation of Potentially Fraudulent Orders: We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system.

  5. Time Limit for Reporting Issues: For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us at within 30 days of receiving your order.


We aim to process your orders promptly. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at


Great news! We offer global shipping. Shipping prices vary based on the destination country and the weight of your order. Please be aware that you are responsible for all duties and taxes applicable to your order.

For international orders, we have a 30-day return policy. However, please note that international orders are eligible for returns only, and exchanges are not accepted. Also, do keep in mind that UPS Standard and/or Economy International may incur higher duties and/or fees depending on the destination country.


In case your items are returned due to an invalid or insufficient address, we will need to charge you for reshipping. Alternatively, if you opt not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a store credit for the order total, with the shipping amount deducted from the credit.


  • While we pack and ship your orders with care, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost by mail couriers. If such an unfortunate event occurs, please reach out directly to the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to open a missing package claim. The courier will be in a better position to assist you in locating your package as we have no visibility once it leaves our warehouse.
